Valencia Springs is a boutique residential community that will ultimately accommodate 225 families.
Located in Redland Bay, the area is regarded as a lifestyle-driven, high quality residential address. The project commenced development in mid 2004 and is anticipated to be complete by late 2012.
The project encompasses innovative environmental treatments, water sensitive urban design and high quality landscaping throughout. Each stage provides building opportunities for large homes on generous sized allotments which not only derives builder certainty but also assists with the minimisation of earthworks and retaining walls.
An opportunity to enhance a degraded agricultural dam on the site was seized upon by Amex at the commencement of the project and has been turned into a lake feature surrounded by an extensive timber boardwalk system which hosts wildlife and residents alike in a natural and inviting setting.
A high standard of housing has been achieved in the project; largely driven by seeding the entry road with the construction of three architecturally designed homes by Amex. Housing amenity and standard has been upheld through the life of the project by strict covenant control.
